In grateful appreciation to the dedication, courage and sacrifice of the men and women who serve in this nation’s military forces, the City of Harrisburg is honored to play host to this magnificent Armed Forces Day event.

DID YOU KNOW . . .
This single-day celebration, established in 1949, stemmed from the unification of the Armed Forces under the new Department of Defense.
