American MusicFest Rules

Few rules exist at the American MusicFest, but the ones we have are there for a good reason – to ensure a safe and enjoyable festival for all attending, please read and follow the rules listed below!

Please for the safety of all our guests:

• No Pets allowed on Riverfront Park, except service dogs. Pets welcome on City Island.
  
• No bicycles, skateboards or audio equipment in MusicFest area.
  
• No unauthorized audio or video recordings of performances allowed.
  
• No glass bottles in MusicFest area.
  
• No reserving or holding of chairs or tables.
  
• No Smoking in any tented area.
  
• Do not climb on any stage or staging area.
  
• Defacing or destroying anything in MusicFest area will result in immediate prosecution!
  
• If you are not an invited vendor of food, non-food products, or services, do not set up in or within 500 feet of the MusicFest area.
  
• No person shall engage in, participate in, aid, form or organize any assembly of persons, or make any public speeches, or distribute literature, whether or not for sale, in or within 500 feet of the MusicFest area, unless a permit has been obtained from the Director, and can be produced upon inquiry.
